Clair Melton has been a personal trainer in Austin since 1997 and has taught mountain bike and trail running classes since 1998. Over the years, she has added certifications to lead yoga and fitness classes, as well as USA Cycling coaching licenses for mountain biking and cyclocross.
She has the knowledge and experience to help you achieve performance goals in various sports. But she also is skilled in helping non-athletes gain strength, balance, coordination, alignment and fitness.
