Client Story
Erin coached me through several triathlons in 2015. Her energy is amazing and supremely motivating!  I love her passion, her competitive spirit, her creativity and her wit as much as her depth of knowledge. I started racing in triathlons six years ago, and each year I've managed to sustain an injury of some sort or another while training on my own or in groups. I attribute part of that to the physical challenges of my age,  part to my inability to cool my jets while training, and part to not taking direction well (stubbornness?). Erin worked with me through all of these things, as well as my emotional highs and lows, being flexible, responding quickly and modifying my training plan as my needs changed. And, did I mention that I ended up on the podium more than once? To top it off, in the final race of my season, I took a first place win in my age group, coming in over fifteen minutes ahead of the second place finisher!

Dana Markus-Wolf - Austin

When I was ready to move past sprint triathlons, I realized I needed more guidance than what I was able to find on the internet myself.  I found Erin through Training Peaks, and immediately she set me on a different path and trained me toward my goal, which was to finish an Olympic triathlon strong and injury-free. She devised a training plan that was more comprehensive than what I had determined on my own, and also appropriate to my body, my condition, and more importantly, my schedule, as I'm busy mom with a demanding full-time job. (She gets it!) Even though she's afar, I've felt her support in everything I do, and my confidence in her plan has paid off – I've now finished two races, and even placed in my age group (!) – and this year I'm expanding my goals with her support. Erin is responsive, communicative and always willing to accommodate, but also knows how to apply the right amount of pressure and guidance to bring me to the next level.

Michelle Zassenhaus - New York

I began participating in triathlons in 2014 after several years of marathons and cycling events.  My first Ironman 70.3 was the Silverman in Henderson, NV.  If you know about Silverman, you know that I had no idea what I was getting into since I made it my first 70.3.  But…I finished!!  Not long after Silverman, and after underperforming at Steelhead, I began to realize that the “canned” training programs I had been using were not preparing me adequately for my events…especially the longer endurance events.  That’s when I found Coach Erin.  After a detailed phone conversation and data sharing, Coach Erin began to develop a plan for my next event, the Ironman Austin 70.3.  In a few short months, she was able to shave significant time off of all three disciplines as she prepared me for Austin.  I PRd at Austin!!  Bam!  Currently, I have a packed triathlon season.  From Sprints and Olympics, to a 70.3 and later in this year my first full Ironman 140.6.  I can honestly say that Coach Erin has pushed me (when needed) to places I did not think I could go.  For me, that’s what I’m looking for.  Thanks Coach!
