Fort Worth Bicycling Association

With more than 600 members the FWBA is one of the largest bicycling clubs in North Texas. The members are people like you who ride bicycles for recreation, fitness, and sport. The club has riders of all shapes, sizes, and skill levels. All Ages too! What do we do? Recreational bike rides in Fort Worth and the surrounding area. Our members ride bicycles: road bikes, hybrids, mountain bikes, tandems, and recumbents. We offer several types of regularly scheduled rides, so you can choose the ride that best suits your riding skill. Most weekend rides have designated leaders, and maps are handed out at the start of each ride. For newer or less experienced riders, the ride leader makes every effort to ensure no one rides alone. Our Rides
The FWBA schedules group rides each Saturday and Sunday year round. Specific ride times and locations are listed in our monthly newsletter, the Paceline and on these pages. Rides vary from casual "social" events to longer distance "brisk paced" road rides. Mountain bike rides are organized at some of the local State Parks. Club members meet at several locations and times during the week also. First time riders can call and talk to the ride leader before riding any club ride. Check the Ride Calendar page for specific details.

We have a great new starting location at my property in Everman. We have plenty of room to park and there are restrooms on site. The ride start time is at 6 pm and as usual we will go to Joe’s to eat after the ride. This is a social no-drop ride that is great for beginners and for riders of all levels. Everyone is welcome so please come out and join us!
